We stayed at this hotel over new year in the x4 bed apartments for family skiing. We had half board in the hotel. I went with very low expectations knowing this was a value hotel… However, was very pleased with the environment, cleaning and the staff were very helpful and friendly … especially Sheni on the front desk 😊 Food not amazing, but we got enough to do us especially in the mornings. Overall a great holiday, no complaints and we have indeed booked again for next year! Thanks

Hotel Snezhanka is our favorite place in Pamporovo! The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and calm. You are always greeted with a smile at the reception, the service in the restaurant is at a high level. The food is fresh and delicious, with a wide choice for vegetarians.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel! We were expecting a standard mountain vacation, but we got much more. The pool has crystal clear and warm water, the sauna works great. The food is varied and very tasty - I especially recommend the breakfasts. The staff is always smiling and ready to help. We will definitely come back!

We stayed at Snezhanka Hotel in Pamporovo for a week with my child. Overall, our impressions are mixed. Pros: – The hotel is quite budget-friendly, so the price–location ratio is good. – Very convenient central location in Pamporovo, everything you need is nearby. – Free shuttle bus to Malina Center, which is really helpful. – The lady at reception was very polite and always tried to help. – Heating works very well — the room was warm and comfortable, you can even sleep with the window slightly open in winter. – The lobby area is large and cozy, with two billiard tables and a bar, which is nice for spending time in the evenings. Cons: – Rooms clearly need renovation. The bathroom has several damages, chipped tiles, and overall the room feels quite worn and outdated. – The bedsheets were too small for the mattress, constantly slipping off and bunching up, so you often end up sleeping directly on the mattress. There is no mattress protector either. – The food is very repetitive. After a couple of days it becomes difficult to eat the same things — not very tasty, quite dry, and with limited variety. – Restaurant staff do not speak English or Russian, only Bulgarian, so communication is complicated. Staff are not very friendly and constantly walk around the tables, taking plates away immediately even if you have just gone to get more food, which feels uncomfortable. – One full day there was no water in the hotel at all — no washing, no shower, no toilet. This was terrible and we were not warned in advance. – Pool towels are paid, and nobody informs you about this beforehand. – The lobby bar does not accept card payments at all — only cash. If you do not have cash with you, there is absolutely no way to pay. – The spa area has a pool and sauna, but the jacuzzi was not working during our entire stay. – Prices in the nearby supermarket and small shop are extremely high — shockingly expensive, in many cases even higher than in London. Conclusion: The hotel may suit those who mainly look for a budget stay with central location and warm rooms. However, the service quality, room condition, food, and overall organisation need serious improvement. If comfort, good food, working facilities, and reliable service are important to you, it may be better to consider other options.

The reviews here read exactly the experience I had at this "hotel" on a school ski trip in Feb 1983. Quite unbelievable that there appears to be little change since then (apart from the addition of the pool). The only good thing back then was that the resort was very cheap but there was next to nothing in it. I managed to spend £32 in a week!! Im sure that's not the case now. 🤣

Absolutely don’t recommend this hotel. We booked half board which was breakfast and dinner and the food was absolutely disgusting. Cold, bland and unhygienic. Staff in the restaurant were quite rude as well and dinner comes with no drinks (not even water). There is somewhere to buy drinks but it is cash only and not allowed to bring your own water in. Rooms were okay but if you are looking food included in your deal I would advise paying the extra money as we had to eat out nearly every single night.

1 star service, 1 star food & 2 star accommodation. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. The rooms (half board) are extremely poor. I’m glad I was skiing most of the day. Paid more for half board and ended up going out for dinner every night due too poor food standers. I was friendly with a chef from my area and he said they would fail every food standard.

If you like old outdated hard bed and COLD FOOD all the time that you have to heat up in the microwave and get a clean towels once every three days then this place is for you . When you say about the food being cold and over cook your just dismissed and very rude to you about it . The pool was nice . We had to eat out every night for warm good food .The bedroom where not cleaned right 1star for the hotel at best
