There is no price difference between any of our standard rooms. In the future, I recommend calling us ahead of time or booking direct to request specific room types. I will definitely be speaking with my team about this as well, they should have been more helpful.
This booking was very last minute, since our other booking had no power. It was a relief being able to come to a hotel name that has such a great reputation in my experience! A relief to have such a nice place on such a cold night!

The room had no working air conditioning, the hotel refused to return the money for the 2nd night of stay and they had no other rooms to move us. TV didn't work either

The staff was great. Anytime I asked for towels it was accommodated. The downside is the carpet in the room was never vacuumed and the floors were sticky.

Loud but stylish
Room was beautiful but the walls and floors are thin. We heard people in the halls and above us walking. It isn’t a quiet hotel but nice in all other ways. Didn’t get a good nights rest.
