Everythinf was good. Kida loved the pool and wsterslide! Loved the fully stoked kitxhen but we had 2 open 2 doors to get into our room (doors are very heavy), so if we forgot our room key to ansser the door, we got locked out. We didnt have housekeeping all weekend either and had to keep calling down for things like towels, garbage bags and toilet paper.

There are a lot of options for breakfast. The staff was very helpful, making sure that the dishes were kept full and lots of supplies available.

The property, room, and breakfast were great. However, the experience turned very disappointing when a hockey team was pounding on my room door many times and when opened was demanding their friend was in the room. Really spoiled my stay.

Really nice newer rooms. Helpful staff. Typical free breakfast with lack of better quality items, but grocery store nearlyby and you have a kitchen so it's easy to grab a healthy few things and enjoy in your room. Starbucks nearby too for a good coffee.

A perfect place to call home away from home when visiting family and friends. The hotel feels like new with clean spacious rooms, convenient breakfast included, fantastic pool area, and very friendly accommodating staff. We will continue to use this hotel wherever possible.

The reason for my family to be in Medicine Hat was not a happy one, but staying at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott made things easier. The staff are hard-working and friendly, the property kept clean and the pool was a great hit for the adults and littles alike.

The sink did not drain. The water pressure for the shower was poor. We couldn’t shower.
