I have not stayed here as booked. I called as early as June 2025 to ask for a consideration to cancel my booking and asked to be refunded, because my mother died and I have to travel to bury her. The refund could have helped with the burial expenses if I was considered.
I join the Stamp Joy event every year, but due to my mother’s death, I had to cancel the trip.

Bed was comfortable but pillows were flat. Room was clean. Decent breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. My only real complaint is that I paid $11 for parking when booking through ******* and they charged me another $20 for parking when I checked in.
