Bed was comfortable but pillows were flat. Room was clean. Decent breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. My only real complaint is that I paid $11 for parking when booking through ******* and they charged me another $20 for parking when I checked in.

One of the cleanest and quietest hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff was super kind and friendly as well and answered any questions we had. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

我和女儿开了6个小时的车来汉密尔顿，入住的时候已经筋疲力尽，只想好好休息一下。Jodi 把我们照顾得无微不至。她很友善，很有耐心，甚至还帮我们升级了房间。就因为这个。我们遇到的每个人都很棒，很友好，早餐也很美味，我们一定会再来的！
房间和周边环境都很棒。一切都很好，除了隐藏停车费，而且没有事先通知就被收取。Travelocity 出了点问题，预付了费用，但没有逐项列出收据。然而，工作人员在没有任何事先通知或信息的情况下再次收取了停车费。而且价格比 Travelocity 提供的要高。我打电话询问，结果被驳回了，并被告知会调查此事。
