Stay here almost every time in Tuscaloosa for work. Convenient location, nice rooms, love the kitchenette on longer trips, makes it easier to buy groceries instead of fast food.

It was very clean. There was a coffee stain on the counter, so that could have been wiped down, but otherwise there was no complaints.

For me it was the clealiness of the whole property. The oudoor grills and sitting area is awesome and the indoor pool. Very nice place.

NOT THE MOST PLEASANT STY
i had to change rooms AGAIN during this stay. Got to my 1st room and there was no hot water then onto 2nd room, there was no pwer to any outlets.

Needs improvements
The hotel was okay. The room had some issues with leaking faucet head from the kitchenette sink, the bathroom sink did not have a stopper, the HVAC vents needs cleaning, and pieces of the crown molding by the kitchenette needs repairing.
Overall, the location was great with seclusion and privacy in a quiet location. The check-in agent could have been a little more inviting with the attitude.

The room was not up to standards as previous stays. Water did not get hot, only just a little past lukewarm. There were some maintenence needed in the room. This may have been given due to availability, but definitely needs some work done.

The shower wasn’t clean, some men underwear were left underneath the sink and the hot water wasn’t working in 122. They moved me to another room at this point I was exhausted from the long drive. Room 322 had some popcorn on the floor and the air conditioning was not working

房间不错，就是很吵，而且没有早餐。
房间不错，工作人员也很友好。但是早餐没有提供食物，而且早上7:30就有人在我们窗外用高压水枪冲洗。我们选择这家酒店是因为它提供免费早餐。结果我们很生气，一大早就被高压水枪吵醒了，结果发现没有早餐，因为他们的东西都卖光了。
