No room service...we had to empty trash and request towels every day we stayed. They charged us over $100 over what our booking through ******* was. I had to talk to a manager to get that sorted out.

Good suburban hotel with excellent breakfast
The room was fine. Clean. As advertised. Very good location with easy access to 435. Breakfast was excellent! Staff was very nice. Would stay here again.

这绝对是我住过的酒店里最糟糕的客户服务体验。我预订了两间连在一起的房间，结果却被安排在了不同的楼层。尽管我们打电话尝试重新安排，他们却丝毫没有配合，反而给我们安排了一间更贵的房间。我的信用卡被扣了三倍的房费，总共扣了四笔房费，外加四笔押金和四笔房费，还额外收取了50美元的手续费。
早餐还没开始，我们下楼去买咖啡，前台服务员却粗声粗气地说“早餐还没开始”。
房间的清洁程度也差强人意。
光凭这糟糕的客户服务，我就不会推荐这家酒店。
我们在停车场遭遇了一起汽车盗窃未遂事件。酒店工作人员完全不予理睬，也没有尝试帮我们调取监控录像，理由是摄像头“覆盖范围不够”。除非你想让你的车被砸，否则千万不要住这家酒店！
折叠床垫又脏又脏，上面还有虫子。他们确实给我们换了房间，但还是让人恶心。
酒店环境不错，也很安静。早餐非常令人失望。
