This was an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was modern, clean, and perfectly quiet even though we were located right near the elevator. The staff were so friendly and helpful even when we changed our plans multiple times. We would gladly stay again!

They had a group of kids (6 to 8) in the lobby that were not always being monitored by an adult except through an outside window. They were running around barefoot and yelling. It was difficult to enjoy visiting with family. It took the counter person a long time to address the issue. Very disturbing and unsafe. If I was a customer walking in to get a room I would’ve walked out. I have stayed at this property before and have had good experiences but this made me rethink and go to the Hampton in Potsdam.
