It’s a shame that I paid for a Wednesday to Sunday over Thanksgiving my husband and I had the conference room and the side room 205 and 205C plus paid for my friend from Canada in room 222. We were there Wednesday to Sunday and never had housekeeping. We had to ask every day for new towels, toilet paper ect. We would leave the room at 11 o’clock at 12 o’clock and even request at the front desk to please clean our room after the second day and still nothing. We went four nights without room being cleaned. Also, there is a real lock of drawers to put clothing is only two drawers in the King suite, am I supposed to put all my underwear and socks, etc., in my bedside table drawer? We will never stay there again.

The room was in good shape and was clean upon arrival. We stayed several days, and I was disappointed that room cleaning was not a daily event. It's one of the reasons we stay at hotels instead of other options.
