I got checked into the wrong room then the room I got had a clogged sink smelled musky. The hot tub was broken every day the staff was kind I think they just don't have a good team to address problems as they come running too thin

Front desk staff did not acknowledge me for several minutes while they were on the phone. Could have easily stated they would be with me shortly instead ignored me.

Everything was great but the beds were very hard. Blinds in room did not work but we were on the top floor so not really an issue

The hotel was experiencing a power outage and was unable to check us in. We ended up finding another hotel
