I recently stayed at this property. The room was well appointed with comfortable sofa and bed. The kitchenette had a mid sized refrigerator and a two eye electric stove. A deep sink with garbage disposal and a small dishwasher was a nice touch. The walk in shower was large. The property has a nicely equipped gym and a guest laundry with plenty of commercial machines. A single load was only $3 to wash and dry. Single use detergent boxes are for sale in the sundry store. This property is conveniently located amongst many restaurants as well. Overall a great property for long term stay.

Excellent hotel in the middle of the great Ankeny Prairie Trail area. Many venues within walking distance. Clean, well appointed rooms, tremendous breakfast and attentive staff. We were especially impressed with Jordan who was at the front desk on the first night of our stay. She was very helpful when we needed supplies sent to our room, the staff responded immediately! Highly recommend this hotel!

Will never stay here again. Housekeeping never came to our room in a whole week despite multiple trips to the front desk to request AND THEY LIED ABOUT IT ON THEIR REPORTS, air conditioning was broken and maintenance never showed up, we were lied to that no rooms were available on floor 3 or 4 then suddenly one was available when housekeeping never showed, no shower doors so water gets all over the bathroom floor (and no provided bath mats) and no fan or open windows so the whole thing fogs up and overheats, one of the worst free breakfasts I've had at a hotel even for this category of hotels (things were never restocked, small sad pastries, poor quality hot food, EXTREMELY limited options), the hallway to the pool literally smelled like sewer, the lobby was unusable as they allowed people to camp out ALL DAY and have business team meetings and loud zoom calls, the "shop" for snacks and such was wiped out when we arrived and never replenished, the ice machine in the room has no shut off switch and runs loudly all night, and there was a tip envelope with a guilt tripping poem about leaving money for housekeeping-THAT DOES NOT EVEN SHOW UP!!!! Would literally never stay here again and will be trying the Tru next door next time we have to come to this area to see family. Don't stay here unless you want below average cleanliness and service. Only decent thing was the gym.

Wonderful area with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Also, one of the better breakfast spreads I’ve had in awhile. Staff was very friendly all the way from check-in to check-out.

Our room was dirty. The main light in one room didn't work so it was dark and hard to see. Our sinks were chunky in the drain holes and and the faucet. Broken glass in the dishwasher. I came with children who can get glasses, etc and toys wasn't safe. The bedding for the hideabed in the couch wasn't in the rooms. I had to call down, get clothes back on and make the bed late at night. Do better. You're a newer hotel and aren't cheap.

Love coming back to the hotel for staycation, it is convenient, safe, hotel staff are very accommodating and helpful, its close proximity to the library, park, Christmas tree lighting and fireworks huge plus! Will be back . It is a home away from home
