设施：虽然是老酒店了，但是因为我们住的是building2，新楼，所以设施还是很新的，酒店帮忙升级了浴缸大床房，孩子很喜欢。暖气适中，不会过热或者过冷，热水充足。

卫生：酒店很干净，清扫有些不太及时，中午回酒店还没来打扫，不过下午回来已经清理干净了，问题不大。

环境：有个小后花园，有喷泉绿植，很舒服，酒店对面是个很大的湿地公园，小桥流水，空气很好，非常惬意。

服务：比较满意，走的时候还热情的送了十八籽手串。就是有一个前台态度不好，老人不会用送餐机器人，所以去前台问，一个男前台很不耐烦，态度不好，明明可以跟老人说明取餐架的位置或者带老人去拿一下就好了。

其他：

早餐很满意，品种挺丰富的，味道也不错，性价比高，值得起这个价钱。

改进建议：床下没有夜灯，夜灯在厕所门口，晚上起夜还是稍稍有些不方便。

我居住七天，体验非常好，是在杭州休息想寻安静、住得自在的优质选择。

前台小张的服务格外贴心，全程细致周到，放心可靠；整个前台团队的服务也都很棒，行程中有麻烦他们帮忙一些软件操作、快递对接这类琐碎事宜，工作人员都特别有耐心，协助处理高效又贴心，特别感谢。其他包含山庄里所有的服务、清洁人员都专业又亲切，细致温和，整体舒心又暖心。

酒店的地理位置也挺好的，虽然不在市中心，但打车去各个景点都算便捷，出门步行十来分钟就能到浙江美术馆和西湖长堤，在便捷和静谧中平衡，不会被闹市的喧嚣打扰。

房间陈设美学品味，是很雅又点缀小时髦的新中式，跟窗景呼应，简约舒适，很放松，住起来感觉很好；浴厕配置跟清洁用品，也都有一定水准的好质感；园林也维护得很好，草木景致天天入眼，雰围惬意。

如果是喜欢小精品、且人际感适度合宜的酒店，非常推荐。

I would like to give a special mention to Xiao Zhang at the front desk, whose service was incredibly thoughtful, meticulous, and reliable throughout my stay. The entire front desk team was outstanding; they assisted me with various small tasks, from navigating local apps to coordinating courier deliveries, all with great patience and efficiency. Beyond the front desk, all the staff—including the housekeeping and resort service teams—were professional, warm, and attentive. The overall hospitality was both professional and heartwarming.

Perfect Location

The location is excellent. While it is tucked away from the busy city center, it remains very convenient to reach major attractions by taxi. It is only about a 10-minute walk to the Zhejiang Art Museum and the West Lake embankments. It strikes a perfect balance between accessibility and serenity, ensuring a peaceful stay away from the urban hustle.

Aesthetic & Comfort

The room design is tasteful—a sophisticated "New Chinese" style with a modern touch that perfectly complements the views outside. The space is minimalist, comfortable, and incredibly relaxing. I was also impressed by the high quality of the bathroom fixtures and toiletries. Furthermore, the gardens are meticulously maintained, providing a lush, poetic atmosphere that was a joy to wake up to every day.

很大的一个宾馆，离雷峰塔和净慈寺大约1公里的路程。我们12月31日晚入住，然后去净慈寺新年祈福，听方丈敲新年的第一下钟声，太有仪式感了！然后步行回来入住很方便。定的大床房，干净整洁，设施齐全，船很舒适，休息得很好。还赠送旅拍，免费化妆，摄影师态度很好，耐心地指导动作，拍摄。内部风景好，可以拍照打卡。今天中午我们退房了，行李寄放在前台，出去游玩！晚上回来拿行李回上海。

位置：在西湖南边，一路上没有很堵车，在马路边的酒店，位置比较好，方便出行。

环境：酒店旁边有湖，听说可以免费钓鱼，但是要带渔具。住的房间窗外风景不错，院子中间是个园林的感觉。但是里面有彩色的横幅，比较影响美观。希望在环境方面可以设计的更加精致。

酒店床垫和枕头柔软，睡起来很舒服；电视很大，高清。

但是因为安排在酒店走廊的第一间，人来人往环境较吵，早上可以清楚听到门外人的对话。吹风机因为电压的问题不能在卫生间使用，只能在房间内使用。

以上，属于性价比较高的酒店。
