The property is beautiful and the staff were very professional. There are several pools on site with a beach view. There are eatery places close by and the restaurant on the premise is very accommodating. The staff are very friendly and the rooms spacious and clean.

This was a beautiful property and the staff was super professional and courteous. Loved loved my room with the infinity pool. Service was topnotched. Overall rating is more than a 5 star🌟 . I would give 100 stars

酒店很漂亮，风景也绝对令人惊叹！不过，考虑到价格，食物真的不怎么样，这说实话有点给多米尼加美食抹黑了。早餐自助是我旅行这么多年来吃过最糟糕的，在我看来，退菜或不吃完饭是很不礼貌的，这让我每次都觉得很尴尬，但两次去吃早餐自助，我都非常失望，最后只吃了些酸奶和水果！员工非常棒，超级贴心、非常有礼貌，而且乐于助人。

早上我们去公园散步。雨中小路泥泞不堪，但赤脚走在上面感觉很美！

这家度假村确实很漂亮，但是价格高得离谱，而且只有十个人住。员工服务态度很差，我从街上的当地人那里得知，酒店的员工都没有接受过培训，都是被直接安排到这个岗位的。所以，如果我是你，我就不会浪费时间和金钱来这里。酒店除了周日早午餐聚会之外，没有任何活动。泳池每天下午6点就关闭了，而且只有一家餐厅营业，海滩餐厅也只营业5个小时。薯条要10美元，而且他们把我们的薯条炸得焦黑，根本没法吃。一切都非常不稳定，服务、食物等等，每天都不一样。我以后绝对不会再住这家酒店了，尤其是我喜欢住高档酒店，而这家酒店号称是五星级酒店，但实际上更像是一星级。我恳请你省下这笔钱。我们经常旅行，从来没有遇到过这样的酒店或度假村。所有餐食都应该自动包含在住宿费用里，因为服务实在太差，餐厅菜品匮乏，而且酒店定价过高，却又拒绝宣传。他们竟然没有鸡翅，而且也无法告知何时能再次供应。他们什么都无法给出时间，而且在任何方面都不配合。鸡翅整整两周都没有。房间里连接电视和手机的无线网络也坏了。他们的态度非常恶劣。

在我们的整个旅程中，泳池酒吧都关闭了。
奇怪的是，房间里没有熨斗或熨衣板，我们被告知酒店里没有很多熨斗或熨衣板，但在我们入住的第三天，他们为我们提供了一个。
