The little blonde lady at evening reception was wonderful. Pleasant, helpful, eager to help, friendly greeting. Bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness, not so good. Breakfast, not so good. This Marriott rental was a trial. Much happier with Holiday Inn Express.

Beware! I made reservation here based on great ******* reviews even though more expensive. When we went to the pool there was not just a little but a lot of green slime (mold? algae?) in the 4 foot by 1 foot puddles surrounding the pool and on the bottom of the pool. When I reported it they cleaned it up. I wanted to request a refund & leave at that point but we had my son and were exhausted so I waited to talk to the same manager when we checked out. I showed her the picture of the pool & her eyes got huge. I asked to cancel next weekend’s stay there & I wanted some sort of adjustment of our bill. Brusquely she said since we had booked with ******* she couldn’t do anything. Period. She could have said we should contact ******* and she would work with them for a satisfactory resolution and I wouldn’t have left feeling so annoyed. So I contacted ******* and got next weekend’s reservation canceled and a slight adjustment to our bill plus some ******* points so ******* was very helpful.
Nice shower in room tho’ cabinets scuffed. Nic breakfast and very friendly person running the breakfast. But if you think paying more will bring you a better experience here you may want to think again.

Loved that our rooms had separate seating areas to watch TV! Nice to be able to sit on a couch/chair instead of the bed or office chair!

The hotel was well maintained, clean and quiet. A new hotel was under construction on the adjacent site creating a little congestion. It was not a problem at night.

From the first contact with the dayshift Front Deskstaff to some the cleanest rooms and common spaces Ive ever seen in a hotel, everything was excellent!
The Breakfast Attendant was so personable and worked constantly keeping a well- stocked hot breakfast along with many cold options like cereal, yogurt and fruit.
入住过程很顺利，前台人员热情友好，乐于助人。凌晨5点，我被一股类似猫尿的味道吵醒。我关掉了暖气和风扇，因为上床睡觉时并没有猫尿味。过了一会儿，我再次起床，拉开之前盖着的被子，发现上面有一块4-5英寸长的干了的“东西”。我留了张纸条，请更换所有床上用品，因为太恶心了。我本来想告诉前台，但排队很长，我不得不去处理这件事。我通常对这类酒店都比较满意。
这地方简直就是个垃圾场。前台那家伙把我的房间给了别人，还骗了我，然后还说“你不应该预订第三方的”。
我又开了3个小时的车才找到一家有房间的酒店。
