The bathroom door was about to fall off and the toilet seat was not secure on the toilet in for
Med guest services about the issues and they didn’t seem to care. Was told at check-in breakfast was at 6 when we went down for breakfast at 6 the told us it didn’t start til 630. Might be minor issues except the heat but when you add them all up it makes for a bad experience room 213

Breakfast was decent, check in was decent. However, its all very outdated. And there are hidden fees everywhere. There is a daily "safe fee" even if you dont use the safe... you have to opt out at check in, but they dont tell you that.

The entire hotel smells like dying old people like it's a nursing home or something. It's not very entertaining there's really not much to do at all here it's a very simple hotel with the bare minimum for ammentities and the basic essentials

Room was not clean at all and smelled terrible shower ceiling was falling apart and there was trash left under my bed as well as other random items that did not belong to me. Breakfast was subpar and we were not even told their was a pool available

I was checked into a dirty 2 room suite, there was a strangers hat left on the floor plus blood on the bathroom floor and wall. When i complained i was told i would have to downgrade my room, which was not an option. Long story short it was a5 day long ordeal to get 1/2 my stay refunded, through points because they wouldn't just refund my money. The hotel assistant manager and general manner were very rude and didn't deal with the issue to my satisfaction. I would bypass this hotel everytime.

Room was kinda small for a wheelchair accessible specific room. Moving around in my powerchair was kinda tricky, but it was clean and breakfast was good
