Our hotel is fully booked most of the time and people are not supposed to smoke in the rooms, and people do mess up the rooms and this is why we take a deposit. There is a strong unpleasant odor in the room, possibly a weed/damp smell.
• The room is located directly next to the stairs, and the noise throughout the night was constant and very disturbing.
• Because of the odor and the severe noise, I was unable to sleep at all. I asked for refund for 1 night but they refused so I left early. I just spent one night with them. I couldn’t handle to have the second night with this misery situation.

Felt like walking into a trap house.
Whole place was super dirty, smelled like cigarettes, signs of roaches, mattress was stained, bath mats and towels were mismatched and didn’t seem to have been washed or sanitized. I was asked to sign a paper assuming liability for damages or smoking in the room, but the furniture already had cigarette burns all over the place. I couldn’t even stay the night because of how unsanitary this place was and am currently working on getting a refund

The property is also very clean and if you are not satisfied with your room when you check in, we are glad to give you a refund. Our rooms have black towels and black bathmats, plus the bed covers are plastic and have zippers that go around the entire mattress.

OCEANEA 精品酒店。没想到能拿到4分或5分，但确实期待着舒适干净，结果却并非如此。我们大床的床架凸出来了，非常危险。我们弄伤了好几次。没有衣橱可以挂衣服。房间是无烟房，但地垫上的装饰孔和我们房间入口处之间有烟头。不用说，地垫也不太干净。
有一盏床头灯坏了。
浴室：淋浴间旁边有一块脏兮兮的旧地毯，湿漉漉的，所以我们把它从淋浴间外面挪开了。今天早上醒来，发现地毯所在的地方变成了一大滩水——肯定是漏水问题！
此外，我们不得不跨过走道前面的小溪才能到达后面的111房间。
在去房间的路上，扫帚、水桶和各种令人不快的东西都在迎接我们。优点：
热水很足，淋浴很舒服。
酒店门前盛开着一些迎宾的鲜花。
为我们办理入住的员工非常友好。
步行到我们吃早餐的大街很方便。
我不会向朋友推荐这家精品酒店。
我们被迫在8月15日和16日住了两晚，这已经是我们付过钱了。事实上，我们周日早上就匆匆离开了酒店，因为那段经历对我们来说并不愉快。完全不值得推荐。
布拉德人很好，也很乐于助人，但房间本身又热又脏，天花板上就像蜘蛛一样。还有，一个女人凌晨1点猛敲我们的门，说我们制造噪音，把我们从睡梦中吵醒了，我觉得她疯了，我不知道。我想布拉德可能出来处理了，但绝对不是一次很好的体验。一分价钱一分货，但该死的
千万别住这里。脏乱差，床单上还有烟头烧的洞，墙上也有洞。我觉得这地方应该关门歇业。我一亲眼看到房间就跟经理说了，他们道了歉，承认房间状况不好，还保证会全额退款。但他们从来没退款，还扣留了三天的房费。
我喜欢这里轻松随意的氛围，但感觉不太专业。工作人员很友好，但就是搞不清楚如何办理入住。周围环境很好，有漂亮的房子，路边还有一个漂亮的码头，但酒店本身却吸引了一些讨厌的人聚集在入口处。总而言之，物有所值，但远非完美。
我喜欢这套房子温馨的氛围。它也位于住宅区，让我感到很安全。床很舒服，而且配备全尺寸冰箱，真是个加分项。
