We have stayed here several times and the hotel and staff have always been great. Last stay there were drunk people screaming in the parking lot at 2:00 am (not the hotels fault). The heat in the hotel and the room felt like 500 degrees so we slept with the window open all night.

Hotel was great! Loved our room and location
No lobby attendant, had to use a phone to check in. And no elevator to third floor, so be prepared to lug suitcases up stairs if on 3rd floor.

Great place to stay
The room was very clean, quiet, comfortable, and within walking distance of the state fair. (Less than a mile walk) my husband and I enjoyed the very spacious room. I did think it was odd that there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. You have to call a number once you get there.

Updating the place. Easy check in process. Close enough to walk to local Palmer AleHouse. And breakfast cafe nearby. Room is quiet, air conditioner, clean shower/bathroom. Very cute. Comfortable bed. Is stay again when in the area. Love the laundry room!!

The rooms were as described online. The establishment was clean and well maintained. The staff was accommodating.

再说一次，白花钱！
这家酒店设施简陋，设施齐全，却要收取各种意外费用，简直贵得离谱。入住接待员很乐于助人，但态度傲慢。其他工作人员，你根本见不到他们，打电话联系他们时，他们总是漠不关心，而且不了解情况。
我和年迈的阿姨还有妈妈一起旅行，为了订一间不用爬好几层楼梯的房间，我们费了好大劲才订到。预订时就包含相关信息。结果我们刚到房间，电梯就坏了，之后一直没开，我们年迈的家人不得不待在房间里，因为爬楼梯吃晚饭太难了。浴室淋浴间没有防滑垫，也没有防滑贴。对每个人来说都非常不安全。就连我丈夫也滑倒了，拉伤了背。淋浴水要么滚烫，要么冰冷，没有合适的温度。酒店没有对以上任何情况进行任何补偿，也没有人愿意解决这些问题。

房间宽敞干净。酒店设施齐全，设施齐全，包括洗衣房、制冰机和饮水机。我不喜欢电话服务：又冷又慢。房间里还少了一张桌子。除此之外，一切都很好。
