The room smelled like a dirty ashtray. When I pulled back the sheets, you could feel the oil buildup on the fabric. I don't believe that they had been washed in months. The AC unit was very noisy and rattled, so you couldn't sleep. The staff was not friendly. No water in the rooms, you could get a cup of water from the main office only, out of a water container. No breakfast options were available. No receipt was available at check out.

Not well kept

We booked this hotel when our flight was cancelled and it was the closest one available to the airport. When we arrived and checked in I quickly realized why it was still available when so many others could not find a room anywhere. We were thankful to find a room to sleep for a few hours before heading back to the airport but the room was terrible. When we checked in the lady at the front desk specifically asked if we wanted a non smoking room and we said yes, however when we walked into the room it was a strong smoke smell which ended up making it difficult to sleep and made my eyes water. The sheets were stained, the sink faucet was not attached to the counter top and needed to be held down in order to turn on the faucet, and the toilet seat wasn’t completely attached to the toilet. We knew options were limited given the weather conditions and so many flight cancellations so we did our best to minimally touch or use anything. I will say that the heater worked amazing so the room was cozy which was a positive given the freezing weather.
