Amazing place to stay and relax we stayed in the Glamping tents and lots to do for the kids. One thing that stood out for us was the very clean amenities. Always such a pleasure when you feel right at home. Staff very helpful and friendly, recommend this to anyone wanting to go and relax.

The place was clean, tidy, and comfortable overall, but there are a few things future guests might want to be aware of. The setup may not suit anyone who struggles with steps — there’s no handrail leading up to the tent entry/balcony, and you need to climb around eight steps to reach the bathroom. The bathroom itself is functional and well-kept, but it isn’t attached. It’s a short walk across an uncovered path, which can feel a bit exposed in terms of privacy and weather. The kitchen facilities are very basic, with only a microwave, fridge, and toaster, and there’s no running water. A jug is provided to fill from the bathroom tap, and if you plan to use the BBQ, bringing a couple of extra serving trays is helpful. If the weather turns bad, note that indoor seating in the tent is limited, and the balcony furniture isn’t very usable since the awning doesn’t fully cover it — we even ended up with a soaked door mat. The four tents are also situated quite close together, so the experience is less private than we expected. There was even a van parked at the campsite behind us, only about a metre from our wall. Overall, it’s a clean and comfortable spot, but these details are worth considering depending on your needs and expectations.

Stayed in a glamping tent on a gravel road, very noisy. Be aware bathroom not connected to tent. Tents face each other so not much privacy, we were lucky we had one night with no neighbours. Well equipped though and bed very comfy. Camp facilities good, games room lots of fun and office ladies very nice.

I stayed ing the "Glamping" Tent for 2 nights. Facilities were good. Ensuite clean but separated via steps. There was a fridge and microwave but no sink. 2 bunks and double plenty for a family. At night patio lights were atmospheric. Disappointed that they were so close to reception and entry. Could have been a real feature if placed facing open field rather than listening to vehicles coming and going. Also tent adjoins another so could hear every sound from other tent. Most of the park appears to be occupied by permanent dwellers. There were plenty of family activities and would be good in Summer with a pool. Had problems with locking cabin. I was not made aware of entry/exit procedure and managed to lock myself out of the park when code was not accepted. It was very windy so sleep was scarce. Internet very good. Netflix available on TV. BBQ on deck also available. Staff were polite but not friendly. Everything very clean. A satisfactory stay.

酒店回复: Thank you for your review Kerryl, we are happy your stay was a reasonable one. Wind can be an annoying factor in the Glamping Tents and i am sorry you were disturbed by the comings and goings of other people. I hope you managed to derive some enjoyment from your stay with us. Kind regards Sylvia

The powered van sites are all on dirt. Dusty when dry and a nightmare after the rain. We were also under a gum tree that dropped crap on us all stay. We had to get a ladder to clean the van roof when we got home. Certainly not at Big 4 standard park. Staff were good and the camp kitchen good but mud, mud and more mud.

酒店回复: Sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay, unfortunately we had not had any rain for over 6 months which did make our powered mulch sites dry and dusty. When it finally did rain it was so dry that it didn't absorb into the ground. I am glad to hear that the staff and camp kitchen we good though. Kind regards Ruth

We had a very pleasant 3 days unpowered camping here - lovely setting under shady trees yet still able to get our roof top up. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Facilities spotless. Lovely wineries in the area and great beaches to explore. Easy driving on the main penninsula road.

We stayed here on our way back from Yorke Peninsula back to ADL and there was not much choice in Port Augusta on where to stay. It was about 40 degrees so really hot and the air conditioning in our cabin was not working really well . Luckily we only stayed a couple of nights. Probably one night too many.

Quiet camp. Need to drive to the beach. Really nice modern en-suite on caravan site and large shower cubicle but ramp needed to get up the step on to the deck outside it. Internet provision by Nomadnet was totally non-existent and access never available. Not secure either, so very disappointed with the lack of this facility compared with other camps.

It is worth noting that there seems to be plenty of kids activities. Their cabins are NOT self contained. Also their internet is patchy to say the least. To get a consistent signal I had to be offsite. (apparently only ADSL on site) Very annoying when you are trying to arrange where to go for the following day. Attractions, driving distances etc. They have bins scattered throughout the site for cans & glass, but I failed to see anything for paper, cardboard PET bottles etc.

酒店回复: Hello, thankyou for leaving us a review! Some but unfortunatly not all of our cabins are self contained depnding on your budget and which cabin available at the time. The WIFI is definitely something we have been working on for a long time and where the park is located is why we are having trouble getting NBN broadband... thankyou for bearing with us on that. We do recycle cardboard and PET bottles as we have one bin at the back of the park however we keep it locked to minitor what goes into it. We will most happily recycle your things for you next time. Kind Regards, Park Management

Great park, so much for kids to do and close to beaches. Staff always friendly and helpful. Clean facilities. Large level powered sites in bush setting. Second visit this year and will certainly visit again.
