酒店回复: It is surprising that there was no complaints during stay but now afrer one month you have complaint. We have Peat control company which periodically checks for any infections and trained housekeepers to handle issue. We will again look into the room you stayed and check thorougly and get it professionlay cleened if find any issues. Sometimes Garden bugs comein which happens if bathroom windows are left opened. Thanks for your stay

I had hoped for better, but it really is just ok. Good for a cheap deal, but no amenities. My TV didn’t work, unable to connect to WiFi, and the cold water knob in the shower was broken so it was tricky showering and not getting too hot. The place could be so cute if they just fixed up the bathrooms and replaced the molding in the rooms.
房间有蟑螂，门也锁不上，前台那位女士还拒绝退款。我都没住到一个小时。简直太恶心了……我绝不会推荐任何人住这家酒店！
房间又脏又不安全，服务也差劲透顶。千万别预订这家汽车旅馆！
办理入住时，前台接待员想方设法避免接触住客用过的任何东西。他要了我的信用卡，然后用湿纸巾夹着。我用来签发票的笔他也如法炮制。考虑到旅馆的脏乱程度，这真是莫大的讽刺。
给我的房卡打不开门，所以我又回到前台告诉他。他戴上一只紫色外科手套，接过房卡，然后跟我一起去了房间。他也打不开门。他咕哝了几句，然后竟然一脚把门踹开了。
房间里的家具破旧不堪。扶手椅上都是污渍和破洞，空调散发着浓烈的烟味。门上没有安全锁，猫眼也被纸巾堵住了。
我觉得住在这家汽车旅馆一点都不安全，晚上随时可能有人闯进来。我立刻退房并通过 Trip.com 申请退款，但旅馆拒绝了我的请求。
100%不推荐预订这家汽车旅馆。
这个地方根本就不应该在携程上架！前台那个女的穿着睡衣，一点都不礼貌，事实上她非常粗鲁，很不专业。
房间特别特别脏，浴室墙上还有洞。浴帘杆太短了，浴帘是用一块脏毛巾挂起来的……床上的毯子有脏兮兮的白色分泌物污渍，闻起来非常难闻，而且毛巾又旧又像抹布。WiFi也用不了，路由器在柜台后面的登记室里，离我房间太远了。最后我只好在车里过夜，就停在我付了钱的房间门口，因为我实在不想生病。我看了房间之后，她还拒绝给我退款。
携程竟然会列出这样的地方，真是太丢人了，可耻！

那个服务员简直就是个小偷。我建议你不要预订。我从很远的地方过来，一到这里，她就再也不肯给我钥匙了，即使我已经付了钱。因为她想从我这里多赚点现金。我损失了钱，因为没办法退款。
在我们到达之前，店主就把我们预订的房间给了我们，结果我们发现自己一下子就没有房间了……令人失望和粗鲁。
