Staff was very rude. They charge for my clean pets yet the room was filthy, smelly and had a roach infestation. Luckily I did not notice the roaches until the morning because I would have not been able to sleep. But when I open the shower door they all went running. This place looks nothing like the pictures on *******

My bed frame was broken, the bed did not lay flat. Killing roaches the entire. Cigarette burns and ashes all over furniture. Also the worst check in experience I’ve ever had, the dude was literally yelling at me. I thought I was being pranked. DO NOT COME HERE

I booked a room and the property manager waited until the day of the reservation and cancelled the booking and I can't get my money back so they scammed me out of my money and apparently I'm not the only one their reviews are full of scammed people! I'm contacting law enforcement and the news about this!

我们晚上到达住宿地。前台的那对夫妇当时正在睡觉，粗鲁地跑出来告诉我们没有房间了。我们很震惊，因为我们六个月前预订了三人间（两张双人床）。他们粗鲁地告诉我们，他们的管道出了问题（是他们家的问题，不是房间里的问题），而且只有一个房间，只有一张床。我们不得不三个人挤在一张床上。我们还预订了早餐，他们竟然连早餐都不提供。简直是骗局！
