We’ve holidayed in Agnes for years and booked this trip 12 months in advance for a relaxing family getaway. Within just two hours of arriving and setting up, we were met with unnecessary aggression from the current manager over the position of our parked car. Despite apologising and moving the vehicle within a timely manner to an alternate spot, the tone was confrontational rather than courteous. Throughout our stay, our families were subjected to repeated hostility, false accusations of vandalism to park property, and an overall aggressive approach from management. What should have been a relaxing break felt more like being monitored in a detention centre. Reviews indicate this was not an isolated incident with management behaviour and definitely not a welcoming environment for families. Until there is a change in management, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere in Agnes. NRMA, I urge you to take this seriously—we have submitted a formal complaint for investigation.

Great location on the beach
The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The best thing about it was that it faced the beach - about a one minute walk away. It was wonderful being able to see the ocean from the balcony and listen to the sound of the waves in bed. Would've stayed longer but unfortunately it was booked out.

Stayed in a studio, was beautiful & clean could hear the waves, see the beach, perfect for myself. Walked the length of beach. Cafe next door to my studio, diners weren't a problem. Shops nearby. NRMA Agnes Water Holiday Park is perfect on the beach accommodation.

Cabin was clean and comfortable but heat mode on air con didn't work and cause we both with last minute they said couldn't move us to another cabin

We enjoyed a very relaxing couple of days in a Treetop Glamp which was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The beach was only a few steps away with the cafe offerings a must have.

Located on the waterfront of the Agnes main beach, even the furthest site from the beach is about a 100 metre walk. From our site it was 50 metre walk to the main beach, which is a hidden gem. Good, very well maintained facilities, and even a café on site. Loved it, and hope to return

This holiday park is located at the southern end of the stunning beach. There a lots of caravan sites to choose from but you should book as early as possible to get the one you want as the park is usually pretty well booked out. The amenities are spotless and well maintained
