Fabulous spot,lovely apartment/cabin,beautifully appointed. A destination that invites you to return. It feels so private and relaxing. A perfect place to recharge and switch off. It was such a wrench to leave our green oasis in paradise,only 6 cabins with the lovely magnesium pool. I loved everything about it from the warm welcome with advice on beaches to try and walks to do,we managed to get most of Elvis’s adventures done,but needed more time to take advantage of such a heavenly spot. It suits Agnes Water and 1770 as it is laid back and full of promise.

This property is well maintained, the units have everything you need, extremely comfortable, and the grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed having coffee every morning from the on-site coffee van. It is located in a quiet area in Agnes Waters, with only a short drive to 1770. Close enough to walk to the beach. I'd highly recommend this stay to anyone and we will be staying here again when we return.

Wow!! What a beautiful spot. We had a 2 night stay in villa 4. It was perfect, so secluded in the beautiful gardens away (but still close) from the business of Agnes centre. The villa was lovely, very modern and beautifully clean and tidy, the bed was super comfy and the kitchen was more than adequate to whip up a delicious meal, along with the Webber on the balcony. Our favourite spot was the pool, very private and quiet and just a short 20 metre walk from the villa, the day beds were amazing, we spent a whole day just lazing by the pool. It was great to just duck down the back of the property and grab a coffee and toasty in the morning at the coffee van too. I would highly recommend 1770 getaway if you’re after a nice quite relaxing time away, we will definitely be back.

A Hidden Gem!
This was a beautiful intimate place with six cottages and amazing landscaping around the grounds. We felt like we were staying in a rain forest. Very nice one bedroom spacious cottage which included a kitchenette to prepare meals.

Stayed 4 nights and everything was great. The villas appear new and they are very comfortable and well equipped. The terrace furniture in particular is very relaxing, we spent each evening there either using the BBQ and listening to the sound of the forest. The resort pool was a welcome break from the heat and the poolside day beds provide ample shade. Spacious villas in a small complex, we really enjoyed our stay. A short drive takes you to Agnes Waters Main Beach where we enjoyed swimming in the sea and a little further takes you to the beaches and headland of 1770, which are well worth a visit.

We had such an amazing stay here. We did not want to leave. Elvis was so friendly and helpful.
Everything was so clean and perfect. The gardens and pool are amazing. I couldn’t recommend this place more it is a must stay!

Our stay at 1770 Getaway Villas was wonderful! The size of the units is very spacious and they are well-appointed. We self-catered dinner for ourselves one night and we had everything we needed to whip up a meal. It was slightly disappointing to find the cafe closed, but it has been replaced with a coffee caravan and a breakfast/lunch caravan, as well as a small market with fruits, veg and local products on Thursday and Friday mornings, possibly more days than that. It is probable that the cafe will reopen in the near future, but with a different operator. Elvis was full of great information about local establishments, walks, sites and activities. Everything suggestion that he gave us was golden. Made us wish we could stay longer, we were having such a good time. The grounds have mature, tropical plants growing throughout the meandering paths and spaces around the villas. There are fountains and a big lily pond that add to the tropical vibe.
