Don’t judge by the outside if sign still broken from earlier storms! The owner Rob is lovely and has been waiting several weeks for the sign to be fixed. Rob turned on the AC before our arrival to cool the room down on a hot, humid day. The affordable rooms are very nice with comfortable beds. Mine had lots of shelves. Nice to have a kettle which seems lacking many places these days. Lots of soft towels and a great shower! The house to the left acts as the office. Ring the bell there if Rob doesn’t notice your arrival. Exceeded our expectations. Would stay there again. Check out Nick’s Restaurant in nearby Prescott for good home-cooked meals -Greek, Italian and Canadian.

A very nice and comfortable little motel. We were driving to visit family for Christmas and got caught in some freezing rain. We found this motel, called the owner and said we were 30 min away. He warmed up our rooms and made sure everything was ready for our arrival.
