This is our second year staying at Big4 Tweed Billabong and we will be back again. We stayed in the Duranbah cabin this time and it was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Close to the water park and billabong with a short walk to the pool. There is so much for the children to do and they love making new friends, decorating cookies in the classes, poolside movies and the food trucks are such a great idea to have on offer some nights. We got a great deal stay 4 pay 3 which was first value and I hope they do that deal next year. We have been trying different big 4s and this is a favourite amongst the children and myself. Our grandparents also stayed on the caravan site overlooking the Billabong and loved it. Can’t recommend enough for families.

This is a great park and we have stayed a few times. Most recently in a one bedroom deluxe cabin. For some reason, we were placed in a unit closest to the highway and directly under the flight path. I was warned it would be noisy on check-in.. (I thought that was an odd thing to say?!) however, the park was probably at 50% capacity, with only one other cabin booked out in our row. Why put us in the worst positioned cabin despite others being available? As professionals in the airline and tourism industry, we don’t complain- we just tell everyone else about our poor experience and don’t return. Look after your members…

My extended family of 15 ( adults and children) stayed for the weekend in 2 x 3 bedroom cabins. We were really impressed by the quality of the modern and well appointed cabins, even the linen and pillows were excellent. The park facilities were exceptional and were perfect for our 6 children ranging in ages from 1 to 7. We also enjoyed the food trucks and hair braiding which were surprising add ons. We had a thoroughly memorable weekend and would enthusiastically recommend this to anyone.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and accommodating to our family. The cabin was spotless, spacious, and well equipped, making our stay super comfortable. The facilities were fantastic, the kids loved the playground, pool, and daily activities that kept them entertained. Everything around the park was clean, easy to access, and family friendly. We also loved the peaceful location, which was still close to shops, beaches, and attractions. We had such a great experience and can’t wait to come back.

The facilities for families and children are wonderful with the pools and water parks, pickleball, mini golf, soccer etc. The check in and out and vehicle entry and exit are all seamless as it is all automated. The staff are the best I have seen in any caravan park in terms of their level of service and friendliness. Well done!!!

We had a wonderful stay at BIG4 Billabong Park! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so warm, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The accommodation was spotless beautifully clean and well-kept, which made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. The amenities throughout the park were excellent, well-maintained, and easy to access. We were also so impressed with the entertainment and activities on offer – there was always something fun happening, making it an enjoyable experience for all ages. I just wanted to pass on my sincere thanks for a wonderful stay at your park. We are living in our caravan for 12 months as we travel around Australia and I can honestly say, after 7 months in the van, your park is the best and a stand out for so many reasons. Your staff have been nothing but lovely to deal with, always willing to go above and beyond to help in anyway. Even the staff I encountered on the grounds were the same and your permanent residents friendly and welcoming. Your grounds are stunning and features are amazing. Playing a game by the inside fire or eating dinner by the billabong, it was easy to forget that we were in a caravan park. Thank you for an incredible stay and all the work you put into making your park such a lovely place to stay. I will definitely recommend it to others.

This park is as good a park I have ever stayed in ever facility from the caravan site to the amenities through to the staff. Great park.
