Bathroom door did not close properly. Language barrier with front desk clerk. Strong odor upon entering room. Constant drip in shower. Grime on floor bathroom. Unstable commode. Ice machine area was unclean.

The room was infested with bed bugs. Worst sleep in my whole trip. Blood spots on the sheets in the morning from the bites.
