My husband had an absolutely terrible experience. The staff at the front desk were outside smoking instead of assisting guests, and there was no housekeeping service whatsoever. The level of neglect and unprofessionalism was completely unacceptable by far the worst experience we’ve ever had.

Booked a room, only to arrive to no rooms available.

The receptionist was incredible, so kind and so accomidating. Buuuuuut... We were infested with roaches. I spent a little over $50 on cleaning supplies just to make it habitable. Also, I doubt that floor had ever been cleaned.
