Checkin was easy. Staff were curteous. Loved the chips in the resaurant. Room was satisfactory. Would stay again.

Large clean room, beautiful spacious bathroom, pleasant grounds and hotel facilities, limited menu although need transport to visit local restaurants or pubs.

We made a last minute trip and found This hotel! The property is beautiful - going through wonderful renovations! We chose a heritage room, which was beautifully redecorated. The staff was wonderful and kind. Internet was good. Comfortable bed.

The matress was well past its sell by date on one side.
Apart from that the cooked breakfast's were not hot in fact the bacon was cold..
We will not be staying a second time!

I haven’t stayed at Owston hall for some time but I’m really glad I returned.It is so nice to stay in a traditional family run hotel.The beds the food and staff are all wonderful.The prices they charge to stay in these beautiful surroundings continue to amaze me …such value for money and I will definitely return

1night at Olwston Hall
Room was clean - bed comfortable- bathroom was clean and tidy! Lovely towels! Could do with a couple of comfy chairs in the room - had to lie on the bed to watch Tv and definitely need a mirror in the main bedroom - had to dry my hair without a mirror and had to do my makeup in the bathroom - not ideal when sharing a room. We were in the bedrooms that seemed in the basement but weren’t in the basement. Also it was a bit nippy in the room . Overall a nice stay - the hotel was very impressive when driving up to it!

Room was full of character and clean, staff were very welcoming and keen to help
总体来说酒店不错，房间大小合适，现代感十足。床很大也很舒服。唯一的缺点是浴室里有很多瓢虫，看起来像是有虫害。早上才发现这个问题，退房的时候向前台报告了。浴室门是磨砂的，窗户会透光进来，所以早上会比较亮，不过我觉得这可能只是我这间边角房的问题。
酒店位置很好，离我参加婚礼的Hooton Pagnall Hall只有10分钟路程，所以对我来说位置很棒。员工也很友好。值得推荐。
你们店为什么对中国人这么不友好，我很不理解。房间是没有网络的，WiFi也不好。最最可气的是同行人不会吸烟，你说我们在房间吸烟了要罚我们钱，英国就这样的吗
