The staff was very good. There was an issue with the first room. We went back to the desk and talked to Steve about it. he gave us a different room. before he gave us the room he made sure the room was in good shape. If we make it back to the area we would stay there again. thanks again Steve for going beyond taking care of us.

We did not stay at the hotel, it is in very bad shape, we cant believe that its open for business, it is in serious construction phase. The manager said that we would receive a full refund and we have not received it yet. The account numer is

Not the best stay
Not the best hotel to stay at! Advertises that they had breakfast but then didn't serve any. same with the pool says they have one but was closed. Doing work on the roof late at night and had to listen to hammering. Person at the counter was rude. There was one that was very helpful

It was great to have the maid come and empty trash etc. it was quiet. Disappointed in having no breakfast as advertised.

Absolutely shocked to show up and see that the property was NOTHING like photographed on the website. Also, "construction" supposedly being done in the breakfast area AND pool area, so no breakfast, no added amedities were offered. Woke up to banging in the room next door AND the room above at 7am! Electric tape holding things together, clothesline clips were holding the curtain on the rod. A 3 inch gap under every room door. No other lock on the door other than the one on the door handle. I was there with my daughter for orientation at BSU, i didnt feel safe at all. Not a bad area at all, so i guess i expected to atleast see what i saw on the website. If i could have canceled i would have. I would never recommend or even come back!

When I stayed, it was under renovation, so the facility was not in excellent condition. Maybe the facility will improve after the renovation. The excellent staff made up for it though. They were very friendly and accommodating. I will give this a shot again though. Hopefully it will be a different experience when the construction is completed.
