The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could be. I was unhappy with the cleaning staff who knocked on our door multiple times starting at 10am. Beverage machine for breakfast being down was a disappointment.

Place was terrible. Room #137. Toilet almost fell over when I sat down. All floors were disgusting. Toilet wasn't cleaned for weeks. Spiders in bathroom. Room smelled when ac was on. Woke up with a headache that left when I got in my vehicle

The bathroom was not clean or swept, the place had broken equipment in the most random places. I booked a king room and got a double queen. It was very hot even the pool water.

Our room was spacious and clean. It featured a comfortable upholstered chair with ottoman and a small table and chair that could be used for dining. The bed linens were clean and crisp; the mattress was very comfortable and afforded a restful sleep. The bed pillows were plump and ample. There was plenty of room in the bathroom and the towels were soft and fluffy. The continental breakfast offered the usual cold options and we were pleasantly surprised to find a warmer with biscuits, gravy and scrambled eggs. the dining area was pleasant and spacious. Staff was very friendly, kind, and assistive. We highly recommend this motel and will stay here again on future trips to the Cuba, MO, area. Thanks so much!.

Disappointed Stay
Staff was friendly at check in. Outside of hotel and lobby clean, When we opened the room it smelled very strongly of old shut up musty room. Had to go get some room freshener to spay in room from Walmart. Beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was in need of some repair. Toilet was loose and leaked water from underneath when flushing. There was black mold along wall close to floor behind toilet and along entrance to walk in shower. Toilet bowl had black moldy looking streaks from underneath rim down into the bowl. We has booked a double queen room which is set up for 4. We had 3 people staying. there were 3 towels and 2 washcloths and 3 hand towels. The coffeepot leaked all over table when it was brewing. there was a pack of decaf and regular coffee but 1 pack was opened when we got there. When we asked for an additional packages at the front desk was politely told that they serve coffee in the breakfast area every morning. We told them we like to have a cup in the room before going to dining area but was not given any to use in the room. Was disappointed in this place and will not likely stay there again. I really try not to write any negative reviews but felt this place needed one.

卫生处理不好，房间地毯味道很大，窗户无法打开通风，地板和卫生间地砖有很多拖地后粘住的头发，坐便刷的不干净，墙角有卫生死角，空调出风口有特别多积灰。早餐餐厅里吸地的四五岁小女孩很努力。
没有热早餐，用餐区一团糟。柜台后面的女士一点也不上心，还叫她孙子孙女来帮忙……
酒店超级干净，房间宽敞舒适，床也很舒服，设施一流，比如游泳池、热水浴缸、洗衣机和烘干机。员工非常友好，允许携带宠物，地理位置优越，就在44号州际公路旁边。总之，度过了美好的一天，强烈推荐！
