This was the second time we’ve stay here in abou 12 years. It has improved to include a dining as where a descent breakfast is seven. H been refubished With upgrades.i checks n at 6:30 pm there was nobody at checking desk- had to wait 5 min or so for someone to greet me- t wa a woman that seemed very tired and not very enheused about her job- she HD several tattoos n he arms and neck which I feel loooks very unprofessional. The room es quiet and comfortable and the location was very convenient!

Marginally ok. Hotel was not that clean. Even though we asked for towels at the front desk to use the hot tub they didn’t tell us that the hot tub was not usable and was a cold tub.
Location is great, breakfast was ok, bed was decent but lots of issues with cleanliness of lobby and rooms.

Floors in the halls were dirty. The floor in our room was dirty (unvacuumed). The television didn't work, and the desk clerk said "unplug it and then plug it back in." That didn't work either, so my wife mentioned it. He said, "well, that's not uncommon since many guests plug in their video games." Not helpful at all. There was nothing to drink at the breakfast, and no one available to help.

Located a mile south of Palmyra makes it convenient to Erie Canal Bike Trail. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Nothing special about breakfast provided...cereal, eggs, waffles. For low budget, this is a comfortable stay.

If you are in Palmyra to see the LDS historical sites, this is a great location. Close to everything. If you are not, it's just the opposite. There is nothing in walking distance. But the the city of Palmyra is only 8 minutes away.

They want to double charge me for the night.
I already paid for the night. I have an email to prove it. And they said they have to charge me again which is ridiculous.
