Super outdated and felt dirty. Lots of contractors staying there that were EXTREMELY loud at 5am. Very thin walls, you could hear everything. Very disappointed with the stay.

Extremely comfortable bed. We slept very well. Helpful, personable staff. The location was perfect for our needs.It is obviously not a new building, but it was well kept except they did not pay close attention to drywall finishes around the electric outlets, light switches, etc. and the carpet/rug in the lobby /stairs needs attention.

We had a great experience at Best Western Palmyra Inn & Suites. The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Our experience exceeded our expectations!

The hotel’s location was convenient and well-suited for our planned activities in the area.
While the overall condition of the property was generally acceptable, the cleanliness of our room—particularly the bathroom—was disappointing. It appeared that the room had not been deep-cleaned for quite some time. The shower walls had visible orange mildew that could be wiped away easily, and both the floors (carpet) and walls (and headboards) showed noticeable grime.
I would strongly encourage hotel management to take this feedback seriously and implement improvements to cleanliness standards, as this property is well-situated and has great potential given the number of guests it attracts.

This was the second time we’ve stay here in abou 12 years. It has improved to include a dining as where a descent breakfast is seven. H been refubished With upgrades.i checks n at 6:30 pm there was nobody at checking desk- had to wait 5 min or so for someone to greet me- t wa a woman that seemed very tired and not very enheused about her job- she HD several tattoos n he arms and neck which I feel loooks very unprofessional. The room es quiet and comfortable and the location was very convenient!
