Great apartment with full kitchen. Very nicely decorated and across from the beach. Highly recommend! And restaurants nearby were outstanding (Cabana and The Lical).

Nice clean safe high quality place with excellent location. Across the park to the beach. Has all creature comforts for stay like washer dryer, dish washer, microwave. Pool on the small side but ok for kids.

Hiya, thank you for having us it was such an amazing trip away. I wish we could've stayed so much longer but needs must. In all my years of going to Pauanui as a youngster, I have never stayed in such luxurious and affordable accommodation. Two rooms a fabulous bathroom with bath, so much living space… I cannot recommend this place more highly. the beach is literally across the road. Thank you so much!! xx

A lovely place to stay at. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. The hosts are lovely, friendly people. Our apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. Wish we stayed longer to make use of the pool and spa, as well as the private bbq on each apartment's patio. Highly recommend Ocean Breeze Resort even if it's just for one night. Everything is nearby, the supermarket, the beach and if you're into golf, Lakes Resort Golf course is a hidden gem in Pauanui. The only downfall was dinner at The Local, we weren't impressed. Should have used the bbq at the apartment :)

An amazing place with everything you need . We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was spotless. Swimming pool was great with the hot weather and with the beach just across the road what more could you ask for. Louise and Peter amazing managers, complex well kept and very peaceful. Secure underground parking a definite plus. Second time we’ve stayed , definitely will be back.

Fantastic apartment with great heated pool.
Our apartment was fantastic, really comfortable with everything we could need. The complex was beautifully maintained and the managers very helpful and pleasant. We especially enjoyed the fantastic heated pool and spa. The heated pool meant that we could swim at any time and be comfortable and was a real highlight of our stay.

Fantastic location and lovely hosts. There is some maintenance work underway in the central courtyard ahead of summer but it didn’t affect our stay at all.

Long drive over the Coromandel, very please to meet a very friendly Louise in the evening. Hotel has got underground very safe car park, apartments are vey well equipped, very spacious. Unfortunately building work was going on so we did not use the pool. No breakfast available. Beach in walking distance, amazing. Very quiet little town.
