The rooms were well decorated. The AC in the Bed room was so loud we had to turn it off and just use the living room AC running very low (65 degrees) to help cool the bed room some. The Bed was very uncomfortable (hard). The bedroom remote had dead batteries. The first morning we could not get any hot water for our morning shower.

Breathtaking view of the sunset! You will love it.
My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and had a perfect stay! The sunset view was breathtaking. The beach water was warm and calm.

The property is absolutely beautiful and is mere yards from the ocean. I wish we could have stayed another night to enjoy the location even more. The only hiccup was the sadly departed 3 inch cockroach I found between the tub and sink. Definitely dead but would've preferred not finding.

Fantastic little place.
This is a nice, quiet hotel in a residential neighborhood. It’s a little dated, but if you’re wanting beachfront at an affordable price, it can’t be beat. Decent restaurants are all just a few miles away. There is no bar/restaurant at the property.

I was waiting to review the property until my vacation buzz wore off. Three weeks since, and it's still there. It was my first every vacation and my first ever beach experience. You're really paying for the location more than anything and you won't find a better one.
The room was nice and quiet but the hot water took a good eight minutes to get going in the shower. The pool closes a bit early (8p.m.) but was clean and well kept.
The staff was nice but the all-star of the company was an amazing, calm, friendly hound named Alan. He kept us company in the lobby while we waited for our Uber.
The beach is frickin excellent. Most of the time there were only six or so other people there, which made it feel exclusive.
I highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be back!

What a gem this place was. Booked at last minute and on a whim, wanted some thing on the beach. Such an amazing little spot. We were just a couple steps from the beach, nice quiet place next to the ocean. The mattresses were a little hard, but with a view like that, I couldn’t complain. So much to do and the pool was beautiful. What a cute little area and the beach was just amazing. I would definitely stay here again.
