⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Disgusting Experience — Never Again I don’t even know where to begin. This place was hands down the worst motel I’ve ever stepped foot in. The room smelled like mold and old cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The sheets were stained, the towels were damp and looked like they hadn’t been washed properly, and there were bugs crawling near the bed and in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom — it was filthy. Hair in the sink, a toilet that barely flushed, and mold in the shower. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Also, the noise levels were insane. People yelling at all hours, slamming doors, and loud TVs. It felt more like a horror movie set than a place to rest. The staff didn’t care. I asked to change rooms and they said they were “fully booked” — which is laughable because the parking lot was nearly empty. Zero hospitality, zero hygiene, zero sleep. I left after one night even though I booked three. Do yourself a favour and stay literally anywhere else. Sleep in your car if you have to — it would be cleaner and quieter than this dump.

Cockroaches in bathroom. Bed was hard. Double charged for security deposit and only refunded for 1 security charge.

Except for when ordering thru *******, we were A group of 4 people and only offered A King Bed. They said at the front desk that ******* does this all the time. At the time of booking, I said said we were A group of 4, So bad on *******,

The place was dirty. It stank horribly. The attending help was dressed in her dirty sweat pants. Her hair was a mess.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Maybe a homeless person.
She would not reimburse the money that she was holding as a deposit.

八月份来这里住过。我们之前住在隔壁的骑士旅馆（Knights Inn），想换房间，但是客满了。所以我们搬到了隔壁的克雷斯特伍德汽车旅馆（Crestwood Motel）。那位女士人挺好的，但是看起来像喝醉了。我们白天出门，回来的时候她过来给我们送毛巾。她肯定是喝醉了，一直在说话，语无伦次，我和我老公都觉得有点不自在。我们不得不出去看看她，确保我们能安心地出去抽烟。房间还可以，但是蚂蚁很多，地板也很脏。如果要在骑士旅馆和这家之间选，千万别选这家！这家的无线网络也烂得要命。
晚上11点到达，被告知没有房间。15分钟后他们找到了一间房。要100美元现金押金。事先没有沟通。房间里烟味很重。我明明预订的是无烟房。衣服都臭了，还得自己洗。没有枕头，只有两个靠垫！会有臭虫吗？而且他们还不负责更换。太恶心了。没有洗发水。退房退押金的时候，前台问我东西都搬走了没有。我以为他问的是房间好不好。我刚要说很多地方需要改进。他居然骂我是个**、自以为是的**，还说了其他一些难听的话。我没说话，但他和给我办理入住的那个女人也跟着起哄，一直骂个不停。真是人性丑陋的典型例子。
如果我不能放星星，我会的。这是一次多么可怕的经历啊，我去办理入住时以汽车旅馆的可悲借口去办理入住，当时经理看起来还不错，但我不知道他绝对是个骗子。我检查了我要住的 2 个房间，他让我选择我更喜欢哪个房间，两个房间都很恶心，他们的家具都是旧的，房间绝对恶心又肮脏，窗户看起来好像很多年没有清理过了。我对所看到的感到厌恶，我不能呆在那里，所以我当场取消了它，他说这没问题，不会收取任何费用，你知道吗，几个小时后我就被收取了费用。不要相信这些人，他们是骗子，而且不遵守诺言。这家汽车旅馆绝对糟糕。
