We were in town to support a family member having surgery at Walter Reed. Price per night with a kitchen is beyond reasonable considering the money saved being able to cook your own meals. Only downfall of our unit was the sofa, it was extremely uncomfortable.

I love staying at these properties but they are beginning to fall apart. Things need to be fixed like binds, shower heads, linens that fit properly.

I travel weekly for work and this is the worst experience I have had. Upon arrival the front desk knew nothing about the reservations. When I called the billing department stated they needed my passport uploaded to some website. I am a US citizen traveling within the states so I do not regularly carry my passport. When I told them I only have a US driver's license with me, I was told I needed to upload a picture of my drivers license and credit card and they would run it through their approval committee. All this while I am standing in the lobby at 5pm after working all day. When I told him I did not have access to a computer to upload all this he stated it is their policy. I asked to cancel the reservation so that I may easily go get checked in elsewhere and they refuse to waive my first night's stay even though I was physically unable to check in. I will be seeking legal representation. This review is intended to save someone the hassle of being stranded at 5pm like I was considering none of these requirements are displayed anywhere on the booking information.

This property was much better than I anticipated and I would definitely stay there again. Communication was excellent. The apartment was clean and very modern. The welcome package in the kitchen was a nice touch and ensured we had the basics upon arrival (paper towel, dish sponge, travel size dish soap, travel size laundry soap and even a package of microwave popcorn.
I appreciated the security measure and under ground parking. The roof lounge area, with pool, fire pits and bbqs is beautiful.
I am not a pet lover but if you are this is a property for you. I was also pleased that, though there were many dog owners in the condo, there was no trace of dog hair anywhere in the building. This apartment and entire building is very well kept.
