Our staffing model involves team members often performing multiple duties, particularly our evening front desk agents who often operate as the sole staff member during our evening hours, when you checked in. When our front desk must step away from the desk, we do place a sign at the front desk with information to get immediate service. Our rates are reflective of our prime location near Flathead lake, downtown Bigfork and Glacier National Park, all highly desirable destinations during peak season. Additionally, these rates support the upkeep of our amenities, including our outdoor spa, sauna and pool, all of which we diligently maintain for our guests' enjoyment. Perhaps you may consider visiting us again during the shoulder season when rates are more economical.
