Wow, what can we say about this Hotel and the wonderful people who run it. Gerhardt and Paulina were simply amazing. Having travelled from the United States and not having slept or eaten, when we contacted them of our arrival they both helped us even though they were not on the premises. The room was quiet, clean and well maintained. This a beautiful family owned hotel. The restaurant and the atmosphere is calming and peaceful. Paulina does most of the servicing and knows just when to attend to your needs. The location of the hotel is far from anything so we highly recommend Taxi Tmmy for your transportation needs. Hans was unbelievably nice and hard working. He was like our personal driver. He went above and beyond for us our entire stay there. Hans became a friend. We would also like to recommend the pizza parlor in the village next to the hotel it is within walking distance and you need to ask for Apo! He also became a friend and just happens to serve the best pizza we have ever had and the beer ain't half bad either! All of these people went out of their way to make our trip special knowing they will probably never see us again. There is a lot to be said about that especially in today's society. Had a problem with transportation. I was attending a big event at the RedBull Ring Circuit. The only transportation is taxi and they charge 120 euros so if you are attending an event like this its the worst place to stay because you will end up paying almost 1,000 thousand euros just in transportation. If for some reason you have a problem they wont answer the phone even though they have a number on system but they dont have front desk to answer and they will charge you the hole weekend to your credit card on system without authorization. Really frustrating uncomfortable and dishonest behavior.

This was a great place for our family to stay in Steiermark. The staff/owners were extremely polite and friendly. The room, restaurant, and bathrooms were spotless. You can tell there is a lot of pride in their property and in what they do. Breakfast is great, but also be sure to eat dinner there—the food is fresh and delicious. We ate there twice on our stay and loved every bite.

I easily travelled by train and by bus from Czech Rerpublic. Great location, wonderful nature, very cozy place. I was enjoying the breakfast very much. Mr. and Mrs. Maier helped me with all inquiries. I really felt like being home, they were very nice, caring and helpful. This was my business trip, next time I come with my family to enjoy the beautiful nature more. Thank you!

Erstklassig mehr ist hier nicht zu sagen...angefangen von den Zimmern die sehr sauber sind bis hin zum Frühstück das liebevoll hergerichtet wurde. Ein sehr netter Aufenthalt ohne jegliche Minuspunkte.........!!!!!!!!! Danke......
