酒店回复: Thank you Wendy. Pleased you enjoyed your time with us but I am personally frustrated about the overflowing rubbish bins. I litter pick on our street daily and put in a complaint to the council regarding those bins first thing in the morning but it always takes a day or two for the council to help clear. The seagulls have a field day when bin lids are up but as a hotel, I work hard to ensure the immediate area is as tidy as possible for my guests.

酒店回复: As we explained during your stay, breakfast starts at 8am at the weekend and is served in the downstairs restaurant. You departed before this time. We also made it very clear in all correspondence that the restaurant was temporarily closed which was due to Chef circumstances. The first time we have had to do this in 17 years. Finally, it is clear in all correspondence that the street parking is free and unrestricted. It can get busy at times, but with a little patience something always comes up. We can not do more than be clear in all correspondence and welcoming all guests with a walk around to ensure they know where everything is.

Although we were unable to secure an accessibke room for my Mother, the staff were wonderful in accommodating us and were helpful and friendly. Great location, close to the beach an attractions. On street parking was a challenge but only because there are fireworks on Wednesdays during the summer.

酒店回复: Hello Stefan. Really great to know you liked Andover House. So sorry you did not enjoy Great Yarmouth as much. So many of our guests love it and return time and time again. We know its not to everyone's taste.
