酒店回复: Gary, I am disappointed to hear about your experience. I know for a fact that on Friday afternoon I sent the instructions to your phone number that we have on file. Additionally, the guest that helped you had called us and told us that your phone was not functioning and that is why you were unable to enter the building. As soon as we got the message I dispatched our on-site attendant (not a cleaning lady) to resolve the issue. We also have the Ring doorbell that you could have used so you would not have been "out in the cold". I do appreciate you staying with us and I hope the remainder of your stay is pleasant.
