This was our second stay at Sandy Beach. The renovations of the suites are very nice. Being right on the beach is wonderful. Ceiling fans in each room are nice. The upper suites share a balcony with no dividers which doesn’t make for any privacy.
Pros: access to lounge chairs, kayaks, paddle boards
Con: they do not offer a full size coffee maker, no roasting pan or cookie sheet that can be used in the oven, the shampoo/bodywash bottles are too small and the shower head doesn’t work properly or doesn’t have enough water pressure.

Great beach, very nice yard/property with lots of games and things to do. Very clean.

The only thing wrong was the bed was very hard.
