酒店回复: Hi Emily, I apologize for you not receiving the service you deserve as a guest at the Hines Mansion. We have been transitioning to a more airbnb style mansion and hopefully you saw on our website beforehand that the breakfast had been discontinued. It has since been replaced with a fully stocked kitchen with an assortment of breakfast items and beverages. Our check in host would normally be there for in person check ins from 4-6pm and I am sorry if they weren't for some reason. We would love for you to give us another chance...please contact us for a discounted rate on a future reservation.

clean, good location, my room was a little odd, but ok otherwise. No breakfast but decent amount of snacks, yogurt, coffee, cookies

We stayed in the Kitty Hines room, bed was very uncomfortable, the walls are thin and you can hear others in their room talking/laughing etc. The mansion was clean, we didn’t get hot water to our tub until 12:30am… which was one of the big reasons we got the room, so that was frustrating. Cute place but wouldn’t revist

Wonderfully comfy cozy
Loved this place! Would definitely stay here again, we stayed in the Eagles Nest room for two nights and it was such a fun experience. The blinds were broken overlooking the tub, which let in a lot of light in the morning and at night. The kitchen had quite a few amenities to choose from, which was quite pleasant. The whole place has such a beautiful atmosphere, it felt like a loved one’s home!

酒店是一座古老的历史建筑，周围环绕着花园。建筑风格独特，房间宽敞。然而，酒店缺少一些现代化设施，周边环境虽然安静，但缺乏优质的餐饮选择。
入住当天，房东沟通非常顺畅，只需支付少量费用，我们就可以提前入住。我一定仔细阅读了便利设施，我错过了浴缸里的淋浴。房间干净整洁，很容易找到。
没有收到入住密码。没有安排好新婚之夜。太糟糕了。
这座豪宅很酷很有趣，背后还有历史。楼下区域看起来像一家有石桌的餐厅，很漂亮，你可以看到厨房内部，也可以在里面走走。这让你觉得这家住宿加早餐酒店的早餐部分会是最好的部分，但我们在行程单上找不到任何关于早餐或说明的信息。除了一个电话告诉我们钥匙在前台外，我们没有联系任何人，而且我们在那里的整个时间里，我们从未见过其他员工或客人。早餐最终是一个棕色纸袋，里面有果汁、松饼、苹果和格兰诺拉麦片棒，放在冰箱里，没有任何说明或说明。我觉得我拿了它做错了什么。
