酒店回复: Hi Craig, Thanks for comments and apologies for the after hours arrival mishap. Cabin was ready but the team had not prep up an envelope for you. It did take a couple of minutes to complete so - apologies again. Although your frequent requests for an upgrade were made it was not possible to do so and these requests should be noted on booking to allow operators to manage not on arrival. If more space etc was required for a family we do offer larger cabins to suit more so than entry level studio cabins.

We’re glad you liked the park but are sorry to read there were some troubles with your cabin. As per our phone conversation I did check your original booking and the cabin selected was the pet friendly option which we provided. I think you may have been looking at a 3 bedroom cabin given your description of bedding. Apologies if there was some confusion with that but the team tried to relocate you to another cabin but unfortunately we were unable. The shower head was replaced from your first phone call that morning as I did that myself, you were not there at that time and other requests prevented me from calling until late. 房间小，布局很不合理，隐私性不太好，基本的设施齐全，周围环境很好，就在海边，连附近住宅区的房子都很漂亮，值得观赏。

我们只住了一晚，但我们一定会回来的！我们在城里有朋友，很高兴在访问时为我们找到了一个住宿的好地方。轻松办理入住和退房。小屋真的很干净，空调也开着，所以走进去很舒服。百叶窗是唯一需要注意清洁的地方，但一切都很新鲜。厨房设备齐全，喜欢冰箱的大小。我们非常喜欢游乐场和迷你水上乐园。非常适合我们 1 岁和 6 岁的孩子。开车很快就能到达镇上，而且有很多食物可供选择。
喜欢这里的自然环境和安静的氛围。孩子们在游乐场和跳袋上玩得很开心。靠近海滩，这正是我们想要的。
