I mean, you stay in a former palace so that’s a good start. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. Room we stayed in was very large with many original features from the historic palace. Centrally located. 15 minute walk from train station. Very good free breakfast. Very quiet area.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The positives are the staff who are lovely and helpful, and the perfect location. There is a lift which is helpful since it is about 30 steps up to reception which can be difficult with luggage. This is an elegant, very old palazzo still run by the family. I will say that I was the only guest so it felt a bit eerie. It didn't help that it was pouring rain during most of my stay. You enter the building into a very cold, unwelcoming inner courtyard. Dingy flooring and dusty old fake floral centerpiece. Since its a first impression, think the courtyard could be freshened up with a new coat of paint and some fresh decorative touches. It would make a world of difference. That said, once you enter the actual hotel, it is very pretty with frescoes and paintings on the ceilings and walls. Rooms are spacious. There are minor fixes needed. Towels were clearly laundered but mine were tired and spotted. Bed was very comfortable with crisp linens. As a solo female guest, it was a little creepy entering the courtyard at night although Lucca is safe. The reception is not staffed 24 hours. I don't know if I would stay there again but would be good for families since the spaces are huge.

Truly a unique fantastical experience. If you are ever wondered what it might be like to stay in a old palace, this is the place. Cavernous rooms huge paintings on wall, and well, a palatial feeling. No it's not a huge buffet fir breakfast and feeling like a Hilton, but that's the best part. It's right in the city, parking on site and lovely host who's family has owned the palace for 900 years. And very reasonable price. It can be spooky at night for the kids, but it's not an issue, adds to the mystique.
入住的La Wally 房间。Lucca城里，是Lucca 之前Tucci家族的宫殿，很有历史氛围，巴洛克风格。就是自驾的朋友一定要提前联系店家，因为谷歌导航会把车辆导航进入不能驶入的街道，要按照酒店提供的地图路线过去。还有就是入住时间，已经要8点前办理入住，否则要加收25欧服务费。
我们是经朋友推荐来的，住在茶室里。一进门，我们就被这里优质的服务和所有员工的热情友好所打动。所有食物都很美味，环境优美，氛围也棒极了。强烈推荐！
一座美妙的、几乎不真实的宫殿——如果您正在寻找一家历史悠久的酒店，那么这里就是正确的地方。特别令人高兴的是，该建筑保留了许多原有的结构，并没有被彻底翻修。工作人员非常友好，早餐非常棒（在宏伟的大厅供应）。不要错过！
