I was met with hostility and told that without a physical mastercard I could not stay there. I was rejected at two different hospitality outlets due to financial fraud. I never stayed and would like a refund please.

Older motel but very clean & updated. Free breakfast was not included but for $6.00 who could complain.

Parking was easy and relatively secure. There are a number of shops around the hotel. The staff were friendly.

Easy to access. Only problem was lack of person at check out when we left at 8am. Otherwise everything fine and good value.

A small motel in mid-town Lethbridge suited our needs and the price was right.
In any accommodation, a competent bed and a clean room are the most important. Chinook does this well. It is an old building, and could use some maintenance, but everything works.
The front desk clerk at the nearby Ramada is cheerful and competent.
If this type of accommodation suits you, then i recommend it.

Rooms are dated and heating system could be improved rooms are cold when entering takes a couple of hours to heat room to 70 degrees
