A nice hotel with large spaces and quite big rooms, but the heating was not working whereas it was very cold outside, so it was very cold in the rooms, and no cleaning of the room while staying two nights, it was really disappointing with the price we paid for the stay. The young person at the desk was probably new and it was very laborious to obtain an invoice at the time of departure.

I am here for the second time. Hotel Royal Park Hotel & SPA in Mielno can be safely recommended to everyone. Great location, good standard of rooms, tasty food and all this combined with a large selection of SPA treatments, the whole guarantees a great rest. Hotel logistics at the highest level.
