Everything and everyone was very good. The afternoon maintenance man (Randy) went out of his way to help with the luggage cart up to our room.

Hotel very old. Really needs to be updated. Rooms smell musty. The balcony looks unsafe. Don’t think I would stay there again or recommend. The location is perfect though.

Booked last minute to stay another night in Wildwood and this place was great. First time here and I would stay again next year. Staff was very friendly. Plenty of staff working around the property and pool area.

The room needed maintenance, gross looking ceiling tiles/missing. The fact that there was only coconut hand soap and shower soaps. Since I’m allergic I couldn’t use them.

The room we stayed in was outdated. The carpet in the room is probably 20 years old. Same is the furniture. There is a musty smell in the halls and a terrible smell of some cheap air freshener in the common areas.
The best area of the hotel is the pool, it looks nice.
Upon arrival I was surprised by the absence of the comforter on the bed. Called the front desk to ask where was the comforter? Was advised that the hotel doesn’t provide any and there is a blanket in the closet. The blanket looked extremely unappetizing, but the front desk insisted that it was clean. I asked if I can have a second one, was told that they don’t have any at the front desk and they will contact the laundry room. We never got the second blanket and ended up going to the nearest department store to buy one because I couldn’t imagine covering myself with the one provided by the hotel.
On the positive side this is a beachfront hotel and the parking is included in the price of the stay. The beach is beautiful, unfortunately for the most of our stay it was flooded and the weather didn’t cooperate much.
I still don’t understand why Jersey Shore is so overpriced? Any 2 star hotel in South Carolina would look like a palace compared to this place. With all due respect I would never recommend this place to anyone I know.

我今年 6 月住过这家酒店，感觉很棒。但这次完全不行。办理入住手续时，办理入住手续的工作人员态度很差。我问她是否可以检查一下房间是不是角落房，只是阳台很小，我们一家五口住。我还没说完，她说她无能为力，因为我的预订是通过 ******* 进行的。我已经预订了，所以我说没关系，不用担心。房间很脏，房间里没有毛巾。柜子里有碎玻璃杯。折叠沙发床坏了，我们不得不在床/床垫的末端放两把椅子来支撑它。非常失望。我有沙发的照片。
我很失望，因为我离洗衣机和烘干机只有一层楼。噪音很大，而且我们无法使用阳台，因为阳台有异味和烘干机的潮湿气味。我们喜欢阳台，不喜欢不能使用。
不要住在这里！！！
房间很脏。客房服务很糟糕。房间破旧不堪，不应该租给任何人。经理甚至不会出来和我说话。其他客人也有类似的经历。
如果酒店告诉我们我周日发了一封电子邮件，他们却从来不回复，那么我们就会多付房费
