At check in, she helped me make accommodations for my autistic child. Everyone was extremely nice from the moment we checked in till we checked out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Everything was really nice and comfortable. If i had to pick one thing, there was a woman putting breakfast out, that said she'd been there for years, on Sunday, September 21, 2025, that was absolutely amazing! Extremely helpful! I asked if the gravy had milk in it, and she walked back in the kitchen, and brought out the bag, and let me look at the ingredients. I watched to continue to help everyone out, without being asked. She was amazingly kind and caring. What a pleasant experience that was. I would stay at the Collinsville, IL Drury Inn again, just to have breakfast with her! Please, please tell her thank you, and let her know she made a difference!

Super friendly staff
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly faces and super helpful service. Every staff member we met was exceptional and really seemed to care about every guest and their satisfaction. Rooms were very clean. Only negative we could note was the beds weren’t very comfortable. But everything else was great!
