Everything was great but the tub was weird had some type of stain on the side other than that it was amazing

While the room itself was clean, the customer service from the front desk rep needs work. My husband and I found cigarette stains in the bathroom, the room reeked of cigarettes, and the TV was not working. The room was supposed to be smoke-free. Not only did we not get an apology, but the front desk worker kept making excuses and was rude/accusatory. He fixed the TV, but that was pretty much it. We only stayed because we were tired from traveling all day, and it was too late at night to find a different hotel or inn. We would've let it slide and understood the circumstances if we were AT LEAST given an apology. Unfortunately, I am unable to overlook that rep's behavior. I would've given the staff and service 1 star, but the cleaning ladies were at least very nice, so I gave it two stars.

very clean, comfortable room. check-in was no problem. the only problem was that I couldn't get the TV to work, but I was actually to tired to watch TV anyway. Pleasant stay!

Shockingly good experience
I was shocked when I got into my room and found out that I had an actual jacuzzi tub that worked along with the room being cleaner than most of the hotels that cost $100+ a night. Staff was very basic, didn’t go out of their way for anything but also didn’t do anything wrong. I would highly recommend giving this place a chance especially at the price associated with it.

A sweet woman on staff checked us in and shared her good humor with us! The room was nice and clean, we felt safe throughout our stay. Not too much traffic noise. We found the beds to be quite comfortable and were able to get a good nights sleep here! Shower had decent water pressure and water got warm quickly. I would recommend booking if you're looking for a nice place that is still affordable!

Great
Staff was amazing, room was clean and everything worked did not have any issues, not sure what some of the negative reviews were about, but like I said, I have no issues… but just know there are no restaurants nearby. We don’t have a vehicle.

Room was pretty clean, AC was great, no weird hotel smell. Bathroom was a little small and the door was broken but not the end of the world. In a loud location, but not bad with earplugs/loud AC

Overall place was decent, to a point.
Privacy was not good at all they had wooden blinds a you can see thru the cracks. Bed was hard as hell no support lumpy, very hard nigh considering I had to drive 14 hours the next day.
