房间非常漂亮，员工也很友好，还有免费的咖啡和茶。下午4点半到晚上8点，大堂还提供免费饮品。体验非常棒，我希望能再次入住。
超棒的总经理，超赞的接待人员。
如果服务和条件能一直保持这样，我肯定会一次又一次地预订这家酒店。
酒店位置居中，入住手续也很方便。
酒吧提供小吃/食物/饮料，服务非常出色 :)
建议：浴室有异味——可以通过更换/清洁地漏/存水弯来解决。
建议：房间里没有空调，或者说空调的使用说明不清楚。房间太热了，睡不好。开窗虽然是个办法，但街上的嘈杂声又太大了。
建议：我的预订服务存在不足。在我尝试提前付款时，弹出了一个消息说我预订的含早餐房间已不可用，但支付流程却仍在继续。之后我发现我订的是不含早餐的高级房。我为最初想要的服务付了更多的钱。酒店和/或Trip.com都没有提供解决方案。
位置超赞，在市中心。房间也很舒适。
如果你赶时间，又没有其他选择，住一晚是可以的，否则就另寻他处吧……优点，或者说优点，就是交通便利，而且位于安特卫普市中心。我发现宜必思商务酒店的客房更舒适、更宽敞。
很棒的城市酒店。我们参加了在林克罗埃弗（Linkeroever）举行的音乐会。我们可以从酒店直接步行穿过圣安娜隧道（Sint-Anna Tunnel）到达音乐会场地，虽然路程稍远。安特卫普是一座美丽迷人的城市。酒店的客房设施齐全，舒适度也相当不错，包括Nespresso咖啡机和保险箱。床特别软（不是每个人都会喜欢），但不会塌陷，反而超级舒服。下午4:30开始供应的小吃和饮品非常美味。我们在美丽的中庭享用了起泡酒、啤酒、软饮和美味的小吃。
稍有遗憾：前台服务有点忙不过来，显然是因为周末有几场活动。我们稍晚才入住了第一个房间，第二个房间入住的时间则晚了不少。如果我们想在音乐会开门的时候就到场，那就麻烦了。
BANKS 绝对是安特卫普城市之旅的绝佳选择。交通便利，靠近景点、餐厅、咖啡馆和商店。大堂比房间更时尚，但设施齐全，而且相对宽敞。我们入住的洗手池不在浴室里，而是在浴室前面；我们用的是浴缸。
不错，但价格过高
房间需要一些时间来适应；浴室与睡眠区融为一体，仅部分隔开。房间也相当狭小简朴。空调效果还不错。
大堂每日提供的“免费饮料和小吃”对于酒店来说相当罕见，但种类丰富（包括酒水）。然而，这并不能改变性价比不高的事实。我们觉得价格非常高。
地理位置优越。工作人员非常友好。我觉得我们入住的房间有点不太走运，因为设施非常简陋。房间非常干净，床睡起来也舒服。唯一需要改进的地方是隔音窗框；噪音很大，而且窗帘关不严。
工作人员非常细心和友好，早餐很好，晚上的开胃酒是一个非常好的主意，房间很宽敞，床垫很棒！
酒店的位置很棒，一切都近在咫尺。
两个缺点是：
- 房间和浴室的储物空间很小
- 厕所里没有洗手盆

员工和场地都很棒。地处中心位置，一尘不染。不过，我想说的是，临街的套房晚上可能会很吵，但我肯定会再次入住。我有没有提到过这里的员工很棒？
