Great stay! The restaurant serves excellent and genuine dishes so don’t hesitate to eat there. High quality breakfast with homemade things.

No customer service AVOID
Took money for booking , I wanted to change days and reached out to them on numerous occasions and absolutely nothing from customer services, really disappointed. Would not recommend. Will seek refund when originally all I wanted was to change dates as I was unfit to travel . Shame on them .

My husband and I spent 3 nights over New Years at Butorowy Dwor. We liked everything about the place: our room with amazing views, the great service and delicious food. Their breakfast buffet has a fantastic selection. One thing we did not realize: Butorowy Dwor is located on a busy (main) road. From the photos we thought it was a fairly secluded location. However, since the buildings are on a hill, we did not hear the traffic at all. Plus, even during a busy season there are no cars driving at night. Also, it is a quick walk to Gubalowka (10min uphill).

Extraordinary location, traditional architecture with an amazing view of the Tatra mountains. Traditional polish food with an added culinary finess. I would certainly recommend this place and hope to come back soon.
Particular mention to the staff, they were very helpful and friendly.

The most perfect view! Great breakfast. We loved our stay and the staff were very nice and kind. Highly recommend. Right behind the hotel there are chair lifts, it’s worth taking them down for the views.

我和妻子于2024年7月初在这里住了一周。我们在这里的经历好坏参半。首先是优点：早餐非常美味。有一些不错的选择，而且有些菜品每天都会更换。咖啡也不错，还有水果和蔬菜。可惜的是，菜品补充得不太及时，所以如果您晚点来，很多菜品可能就买不到了。我们特意在开门的时候就来。而且，酒店看起来很漂亮，而且可以欣赏到美丽的山景。
现在来说说我们入住期间遇到的一些问题：没有空调，也没有风扇。酒店靠近一条繁忙的街道，车水马龙。现在还有更多酒店在建，所以人流量会更大。这意味着，由于噪音，您不能打开面向街道的窗户。所有窗户都没有纱窗，所以打开后苍蝇和虫子会飞进来。每个房间的阳台都面对面，所以隐私有限。床是欧式双人床，比大床小很多，睡起来非常不舒服。我感觉泉水涌来，整整一周都没睡好。这家酒店离扎科帕内很远。人行道很少，甚至根本没有。想走路去任何地方都太危险了。我们最后在镇上租了一辆车，开了一整个星期。房间里没有任何活动信息。无线网络慢得要命。总而言之，如果想吸引国际游客，这里需要大幅改进。
