We loved our river-view room. The bed was comfy and the room was cozy. We only stayed for one night and had an early morning all-day Douro Valley tour so the woman at the desk offered to make us box lunches to take with us since we would miss breakfast that day. She also kindly allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel while we were on our tour.

The hotel was clean and welcoming.
We would have appreciated more wardrobe space and tea/coffee making facilities in the room but it was adequate for the duration of our stay.
We felt the hotel was understaffed but the staff on duty were friendly and always willing to assist.
The river view was superb from our room, and we would certainly consider staying at this hotel again.

One couples stay
Room small but very clean and had everything needed. Shower and sink in the bedroom so not ideal for friends sharing. Staff pleasant. A little difficult to find entrance. Metal archway at side of McDonald’s. Folllwing satnav on Google maps didn’t take us to the right place. Good continental breakfast included.

A hidden gem on the Douro River. The staff were welcoming, kind and attentive. Thank you Maria for your incredible hospitality. The hotel is quaint and beautifully appointed and the breakfast was wonderful. We would love to return to this very special place and of course we highly recommend it to travellers who are looming for something special.

房间很干净，从窗户就可以看到河流。休息室里还有啤酒服务员，24小时可以无限畅饮。瓶装水也有提供，想喝多少就喝多少。
房间内的设施与日本相同。
这是一家非常好的酒店。
位置很好找，隔壁就有麦当劳，走下斜坡就可以不用走楼梯就到Sao Bento车站。
要到达那里，请从之前的公寓酒店下楼梯。这里？我带着这个想法来到了这里。
它是沿着河边的，所以一旦到了河边，就很容易找到位置。无论从车站出发还是绕很远的路，都是下坡路，所以很轻松。沿途有各种商店，包括一家超市。
如果我再来波尔图，我一定会住在这里！
清洁人员把我们的房间完全敞开了（门完全打开）。尽管他们道歉并说是新人来打扫，但走进完全敞开的房间还是很吓人。我们的房间里有我们的护照。

这家酒店非常舒适，工作人员也很友好。早餐很棒，位置再好不过了。我们选择了一个可以看到河景的房间，我们并不后悔——总有一些东西可以看:)
位置简直太棒了，非常靠近海港，但又不会太近而让你被那里的喧嚣所打扰。房间装饰非常迷人，河景房值得每一分钱！工作人员和早餐让您的住宿更加完美。
